Prehispanic Snake: Ritual is developed and published by Yonatan Ali Rodríguez Arias. This policy describes how the iOS app handles information.

Information handled by the app

The app stores gameplay scores and the sound preference locally on the device using Apple-provided storage. This local information is used only to preserve game progress and settings.

If the player signs in to Apple Game Center, the app submits the player's best Offering score to the “Offering — All Time” leaderboard. Apple may associate that gameplay activity with the player's Game Center account. The app does not separately store the player's Game Center identifier, name, avatar, friends list, or contact information.

How information is used

Gameplay activity sent to Game Center is used only to provide app functionality, including leaderboard submission and display. The app does not use gameplay activity for advertising, marketing, analytics, or tracking.

Advertising and tracking

The app uses Google Mobile Ads to show occasional interstitial advertisements between completed game runs. Google and its advertising partners may process an IP address to estimate general location, device or app identifiers, advertising data such as ads viewed, interactions with the app or ads, and diagnostic or performance information. This information may be used to provide, measure, secure, and improve advertising services, subject to the player's consent choices and applicable law.

The app uses Google's User Messaging Platform (UMP) to request consent where required and to provide privacy choices when available. The app does not request Apple's App Tracking Transparency permission and does not intentionally access the advertising identifier (IDFA). Selecting Remove Ads through Apple's in-app purchase system prevents future ad loading and presentation after the purchase or restoration is verified.

Sharing and service providers

Game Center and in-app purchase functionality are provided by Apple and are subject to Apple's own privacy practices and account settings. Advertising and consent services are provided by Google and are subject to Google's privacy practices. The developer does not sell personal information or share app data with data brokers.

Data choices

Players can use the game without signing in to Game Center. Local scores remain available when Game Center is unavailable or signed out. Game Center account, leaderboard, and purchase controls are managed through the player's Apple account and device settings. Where required, players can review advertising consent choices through the app's Privacy Choices action. Removing the app removes its locally stored app data from that device, subject to the device's backup behavior; it does not delete information already processed by Apple or Google under their respective policies.

Children's privacy

The app does not knowingly request names, email addresses, precise location, photos, contacts, or other direct contact information from children. Game Center availability and parental restrictions are controlled by Apple account and device settings.

Changes to this policy

This policy may be updated when the app's features, service providers, or data practices change. The effective date above will be revised when material changes are published.
